The less talented of us benefit fro, the Master's patience who adapts
himself to the student, the seasoned cooks discover the tricks of
the trade that will turn their special dish into a masterpiece.
How to cook an egg, dare to cook fish, how to make the perfect
tarragon veal fricasée or theme driven meals (flamish, vegetarian)
or with a special ingredient like genièvre, or, last but
not least, how to accomodate leftovers.
Workshop includes :
Three hours lesson from 3 PM to 6 PM
A snack.
Introduction of the Chef.
Three course meal cooking: starters, main dish and dessert.
Three technical guide sheets
Active participation in the preparation of the meals.
Discovery plate with the starters and main dish samples.
Share of dessert.
A drink.
All in a friendly manner, a maximum of five students per workgroup.
